We are trying to set up some structure to the weekend in terms of meetings - but keep in mind: This is above all a fun, inexpensive weekend for you and your family and friends in the outdoors right here in Tokyo!!
Note: scheduled meetings (see below) are on Friday and Saturday at 8pm, noon, 8pm -- gather around the campfire area at those times if you wish to join the meetings.
Friday evening:
Ø 8 pm: general campfire open meeting
Saturday
Ø Noon—general open topic meeting
Ø Early afternoon (start about 1 o'clock) – free lunch provided by KPF (burgers or hot dogs or the like)
Ø 8 pm: Evening-campfire open meeting
Sunday
Ø Morning-possible short topic meeting
Note: Except for lunch on Saturday, please bring your own food to cook up. There is also a restaurant at the Tama Lodge (see map of Tama Rec Area) if you prefer.
Ø There are toilets and shower area a short distance from the campsite (see map). Camping gear can be rented at the rec area.

Note: Under special circumstances it may be possible to arrange accommodation at the Tama lodge (on a space available
basis). If you are unable to campout in a tent, but would still like to join us for the weekend, please contact us early about this option.
